help! System32?!?!?!

my computer just shutdown in the middle of my work... and
when it reboots, a error message
appears :"C:\WINDOWS\System32\System32.exe" can not be
found. I didnt do anything... and it just does this
automatically... help me

Hi Justin,

Unplug from your Internet connection, and then repair Windows:
using this method: http://michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm

Afterwards, boot up your system, turn on your XP Internet Firewall,
plug back into your Internet connection and install all Critical and
Recommended updates from: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Don't forget to run a virus scan on a regular basis as well Justin. :)

I have just done a Google search on "System32.exe", everything seems to say
that it is NOT a valid Windows file, in fact the file is a deposit from a
virus.
