I find it funny how one can be put down by people from whom you expect a
little help. Not everyone is a computer genius and the old lingo is hard
to learn.
If people find it beneath them to help - then don't - leave it to
someone who understands that not everything is obvious to everyone.
Making fun of someone's lack of knowledge is not part of Help & Support.

Thanks to everyone who are willing to help, however silly the problem is.
