Help & Support Fails to Run

Upon trying to run "Remote Assistance" I get an error that
states the following:
"Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system
service is not running. To fix this problem, start the
service named 'Help and Support'." However, upon going
into services, I find that the "Help and Support" service
is no longer listed. How this happened I have no idea, as
I always remember it being there. Anyway to reinstall it?

First;y I would try to regeister the HelpCenter service try the following:

Start > Run > helpctr -regserver

See if this fixes you problem, if not have a read of the following
walkthrough for repairing the help and support center (by an MS guy):
