Dell laptop w/ Windows xp pro. Starting today, will boot up but after while, windows shuts down with following message
device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. The faulty driver on the kernel stack must be replaced with a working version

technical info: stop:0x000000c4 (0x00000081, 0xFFA0F8F8, 0x0000008A, 0x00000000

Please what does this mean and how do I fix it. Know it is bad device driver but how do I track down which device drivier? How do I replace it. Any help you could provide would be most appreciated.

Hi,

Probably due to a bad/unsigned or incompatible device
driver, see here:
