HELP sticky keys???

I was working in fp2003 and apparently must have hit the shift key 5x in a
row?? a box popped up and said something about sticky keys - I've tried
clicking on ok, cancel and on settings...but no matter what I do - if I
click on anything - it highlights everything ... if I click on a folder in
the folder list all the folders above it are highlighted - same way in OE or
anything else - HELP how do I turn this thing off???
 
Look in your control panel under accessibility options.

or wait 5 minutes for default turn off.
