Help! Shut off all display in startup

I was trying to lock down my database by removing the toolbars and the
tables/queries/etc. and now when I open my database I have nothing! I
can not see my switchboard and I can not unhide anything because I
hide the menu bar. Can I undo this or do I need to start over?

If you did not disable "Use Access Special Keys", then F11 will at least get
the database window back, then you can set your startup options, close the
database and it should open normally.
