Help setting up mail with outlook exchange server?

I have a school outlook email system. Trying to use mail but cant seem to
access it. Can someone tell me where to find the relevent information to
create a POP3 or IMAP mail account? I dont know which one i should use.

Just read this back. Its not that clear. Basically i want my home PC to use
Windows Mail to access my school email as that cannot be accessed accept on
the server at school.

Then we can't help. You need to speak to the Network admin at school for the
settings (if they allow you to do it that is...)
 
As Gordon already told you, only your school will know the proper settings.
Perhaps you can copy the settings from one of the school computers.
