Help, serious error messages in XP

Thom Chaos

Hiya, recently i've been plagued by many different STOP:
error messages in windows XP, they change a lot, but, at
the moment thay all seem to be the same. I've tried
memtesting the RAM, but nothing came of it.

The hex code that comes at the bottom of the blue screen
is as follows:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Stop:0x000000D1 (0xF2F5F9B0, 0x00000002, 0x00000001,
0xF95ECBB3)

If anyone can help, it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is the sign of a hardware problem, typically a
corrupt or incompatible hardware driver. You need to determine which
hardware device is causing the problem. Start by uninstalling the most
recent hardware you installed.

If you are receiving many different stop errors, that could be a sign of
serious problems. You might want to have your system diagnosed by a
professional.
