HELP RESETTING OR GETTING INTO ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT WHEN I KNOW PASSWORD IS CORRECT

I need help I was playing around with my Windows XP Home Edition Program.

Did you actually set a password for the administrator account. Usually by
default it is a blank password.
