HELP required: Insert -> Hyperlink -> ???(no CHART sheet name)!!!

I am trying to hyperlink CHART from worksheet.
But I do not get name of CHART sheet appearing for hyperlinks.

Insert -> Hyperlink -> ???(no CHART sheet name)!!!

Could someone help me out to create this hyperlink, please?
