Help Removing Multiple Operatiing Systems

I have a computer I purchased and it had win Me on it and
some japanese version of win2000. Nothing will change the
language on the 2000. No matter what I try from searching
all over the web the japanese is still there with an
english word here and there. So I want to delete the 2000
and keep the me. It gives me a choice of which to boot
from when I start the computer uP! Is there anything I
can do??
 
Boot up from a Windows ME emergency boot diskette and execute sys c:
This should cause the PC to boot directly to Windows ME.
