How do I setup Remote Desktop using Web connection for two
PCs, one running WinXP Pro and the other WinXP Home?

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

Remote Desktop using Web connection is only available in XP Pro. In other words, you can use XP home XP pro using tsweb but other way.

If your XP Pro PC is behind a firewall or router then you need both TCP Port
80 (IIS) and TCP Port 3389 (RDP) opened/forwarded. Note that some ISP block
TCP Port 80 on residential accounts...

I also suggest you test with the non-web based method first to make sure you
can connect...
