Help! reinstall problem

I've had a problem with my HD [IBM Deskstar], and using
thier download tools have erased the disk, and started the
XP install process, disk formatted OK [NTFS], system files
were installed, and system rebooted, now all I get is this
error message:-

"Stop c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The session manager initialization system process
terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000026c
(0x00000000 0x0000000)
The system has been shut down."

Can anyone tell me whats going on

Try installing the xp cd,boot to cd,recovery,at the
curser type:FORMAT C: /FS:NTFS
Once formated exit recovery,re-install xp.
It means starting from scratch,but youre there now,
useing xp utilities instead of IBM should let it run.
