Help plz

I would like to kno where i can download a chinese transript for msn cuz when ppl sign on and they use chinese characters all i c are boxes
I jus want to kno how to fix it
If anyone can help that would b great

Greetings,

All you need to do is install the proper language support in Windows XP. To do so, click
Start, then Run, type "intl.cpl" and click OK. Then click the Languages tab, under
Supplemental language support, select both options and click OK.
