Help plz before i thro XP from the window

actually when i start a search page opening it noarmally
from the star menu it opens for me but a few seconds will
get the error message which says:
windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

my IE working fine and every thing ells in the pc working
fine. i just installed windows XP home Ed yesterday after
a full formatt.

always ben using XP on this machine, nothing changed but
why with this installation i get this error message???

i already had SP1 installed because it comes with windows
xp cd built in, then i installed SP1a. but what i'm sure
of that this error message been there before i installed
SP1a and this is why i installed it, hoping to fix this
bloody error but didn't.

any help will be heaps appreciated.

The only difference between SP1 and SP1a is java.

actually i can't feel any different between SP1 and SP1a.
i tried every thing possible but haven't got to the right
solution yet but one i get it i will let every body know.
welcoming any help in this damn issue.

I have no idea what your problem is or what you are trying to do. The only
difference between SP1 and SP1a is that SP1 includes JAVA, SP1a does not.
