help please

Hi all I have this problem a while it seems that when in other programs it
jumps to the web browser for some odd reason it must be some kind of virus I
notice in a temp folder I see things like icc49.exe and the number keeps
changing not sure if this is the problem but any help will be greatly
appreciated thanks in advance.

Be sure your antivirus software is up to date and run a scan on your system.
If you suspect a virus, this is always the first thing you should do. Also,
