Hi,
This is Ramana, probelm is My System is infected with Virus so that i took
the back up all the data, Except "My Documets" Folder then i formated my
system so, i there any way to recover the "My Documents" Folder pls tell me
the procedure or any tools to recover the "My Documents " Folder.

Once you format, all the data is gone. Why didn't you back up My Documents
with the rest of the data?

If you are using that disk now, it's probably beyond recall. You can try a
utility like this:
