HELP PLEASE!

ok when i check for windows updates all is good it scans
and tells and shows me the files i need to update then i
hit install and i get an agreement form saying do i agree
to the following files to update.but i dont see a yes or
no to click on i have tried changeing my screen rez but
no luck could some1 pls help me with this thanx
 
Right click on desktop, click properties, click Settings tab, click Advanced
box, on General tab set DPI box to 96DPI.
