After you have done what Art has posted, upgrade to NAV 2004. It's far
better than NAV 2002. Just make sure your system is completely clean of
any malware before the upgrade.

Malta:

I recently upgraded from NAV 2002 to 2004. NAV 2004 found several viruses
that 2002 did not find. It does use more system resource and runs slower
than 2002 though.
