Kimberly

I am one week away from school finals, and my computer is
having problems. I continually get an error message that
reads "Microsoft works has encountered a problem and has
to shut down...sorry for the inconvenience...any info not
saved will be lost" this happens consistently when ever
I use the "microsoft task launcher" (I have MS XP) Does
anyone know what I need to do to troubleshoot this? I'm
sure that it is much easier than I think, but I can'
figure it out. Thanks

Can't help with your specific problem, but a reasonable
place to start would be to update and run your anti-virus
program.

Can you reinstall Works? If you have the CD for Works
that might fix your problem for you.
