HELP PLEASE !!! LIMEWIRE PROBLEMS

Hello
I have been using Lime Wire, and up until yesterday, have not had a problem
with it, then it has gotten where when I log off and log back on again, all
lists of searches I was doing has vanished.
Previously, the lists for searches were still there. I tried to uninstall it
yesterday to see if that would correct that, but when I went to reinstall it,
it will not install. It goes through the motions, but gets stuck with
"Loading User Interface", the CPU usage goes to and stays at 100%, and the
only way to clear that is to shut down everything, log off and log back on
again. I have worked with this for 2 days, but nothing works ...
none of the versions will not install either. I use Zone Alarm , but I
have made the appropriate settings for the firewall, and allowed any and all
of those indicated by Lime Wire. I went into the Zone Alarm, and everything
for Lime Wire is "all go"... but installation gets stuck just like before.
Can someone help me with this ??
Is there any further info I need to try to give?? --
I forgot to mention that as the program is trying to start, it shows the
icon for Lime Wire, and flashes .. "Loading User Interface", and no matter
how long I let it go, it never changes. I can't get on the program to try for
the support options, and I have tried all versions through Google .. and I'm
still "googled out"
Also, even when I uninstall the program, it still keeps the icon on the
screen, with the "Loading User Interface", and it's at this point where I
have to close down to get it out when starting back up again.
Has me very puzzled and frustrated.

LimeWire is similar to many programs that support file sharing, like:
Kazaa, Grokster, iMesh, Shareaza, WinMX, eDonkey and Morpheus. Some
are completely free, others have a small fee per session or download.
If you are having a problem with one of these programs, suggest you
contact their Support group for assistance. Due to continental limitations
some are not accessible outside of their country.
