HELP "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

Every time I try to access certain sites (www.ebay.com is
an example), I get the "page cannot be displayed" error.
I have tried the microsoft help suggestions and messed
with my internet security options, but nothing seems to
work, what should I do?

I too have a similar problem. However, my problem is when

I go to a site such as my bank or investment site and try
to log on. I then get the "cannot display page notice".
All my settings seem OK and I have this problem on both of
my desk top computers. I recently loaded netscape on the
computer and found that NS let me get to any site I wished
without any problems?. As the other person stated "HELP"

Start here look for you exact error message. You seem to have problem
accessing secured sites.
