HELP! Outlook wants Old/removed Antivirus program to scan messages.

I've changed my AV but outlook is still tyring to use the old AV program to
scan messages as I open them... I went from Symantec to another vendor... I
have deleted all references to Symantec that I could find. I have
uninstalled Office 2003 deleted the Office program directory and Office
registry keys and reinstalled Office but it is still happening.

HELP!!!!
