Help! Outlook not responding!

Suddenly and without notice, my MS Outlook has just
stopped working! Whenever I click the icon to start the
program, all I get is the title box that shows up before
the program launches...and that's it!

When I ctrl/alt/del to see what is happening, it states
that it is not responding. I have tried reloading MS
Office, but nothing is working.

Obviously, I can still use IE and the other Office
products.

I have no clue (and neither does my tech!) as to what
happened. Can anybody help me?

Search for a file called outcmd.dat and delete it.

I did what you suggested and it did load up...partially.
Now it tells me this message:

"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not
access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for
the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure
the service is correctly installed and configured."

Do you know what that means?
