HELP! outlook automatically converts all incoming HTML msges to Pl

Hi
Can someone please help me figure out this one...
Ive got outlook 2003, and when i rcceive a html message from someone outlook
converts it to plain text. the convert to plaintext for incoming messages is
switched off.. so its not that. I even tried sending myself a msg in html, i
received it in html...

So its very weird.
Could someone please suggest something...on how to fix this. I dont like
plain text, and even if i send a message to myself frm hotmail in html
format...it gets converted......

Is it also in Plain Text when you look at it in your web based mailbox
provided by your ISP?
