Help! Outlook 2003 not forwarding pictures

I have been running Outlook 2003 under Vista Home Premium and all of a
sudden when I try to forward an email with an imbeded picture, all that is
sent is an empty box. The same happens when I try to copy and past a
picture from one message to another new one. What can I do???

I am also running Outlook 2003 and have experienced the same problem. the
problem also surfaced suddenly.
I am running Outlook on a Toshiba laptop PC under Windows XP.
I would appreciate any help that would get this problem fixed.
