Help - OneNote locking

I blew it ... I was playing around with blocking options and blocked
OneNote's 'New Side Note', now it comes up erratically. Sometimes it's there
and sometimes it's not. I've checked in blocked apps and it's not there. In
fact, there is no indication within Antispyware that it is blocked at all,
but the app sometimes starts and sometimes doesn't. I don't know what I did
wrong.

Hi SeattleTD,

I'm not familiar with OneNote, so I suggest to uninstall OneNote and
reinstall again, or Try using system restore.
