in Windows XP pro
every time I log on,using empty temp, I get these 2 (temp files) and I alway
delete them, but they show up again and again every time I restart my PC
1- C:\Windows\tracing\tapisrv.old 1024 k
2- C:\Windows\tracing\tapi32.old 1024 k
they're both located in C:\Windows\tracing folder (size: 6MB of log files
what are they ? and is it safe to delete them ?
