How can I make the subreport show the same list as the main report as i move
to the next main report pages. The problem is that whenever, I move to the
new pages, the subreport still show the very same list on the main report.
Thanks for the attention.

This question is lacking in specifics since you haven't described your data.
"show the same list" doesn't say much.

You can use the Link Master/Child properties to related a subreport to a
main report.

Sorry, I mean I want the subreport to display the same sales order as on the
main report on new pages (Cause the sales order is long. However, the
subreport is on the footer of the report so as to print the sales order twice
on the same paper where I am keeping the subreport as my physical archive
while the main report to customers. Thanks.

And did you try:"You can use the Link Master/Child properties to related a

Sorry for the late reply, got busy lately. I tried hours to link
master/child properties still does not work. The subreport still display the
same first page even though the main report moves to second page. I need the
subreport to display the same list with the main report as the pages 'move
along' . Thanks for the kind attention.

As stated previously "You can use the Link Master/Child properties to
related a subreport to a main report".

I had tried hours but the master child link properties does not give the
result i want. The subreport at the footer simply does not move along. Is
there something with the group together option or page break? Thanks alot.

I think you need to take the time to explain the record sources of your main
report and subreport. Also, what section of the main report contains the
subreport? If the subreport is in a group footer, tell use which field is
used for the Group.
