Help! Odd Outlook 2007 error message

Since we've installed Office 2007 on our computers in our company, every user
is experiencing an error message when quitting Outlook:

"Outlook cannot save the changes to the global template because it was open
with read-only access"

It does not cause any other trouble, but it's still rather annoying. Any
idea how I can get rid of this error message? I've tried googling, but I
can't find any case similar to our case.
