Kevin C.

I still can't find the place to report bugs to Microsoft.

My PC keeps on crashing (giving me the Blue Screen Of Death) so it's not
possible to send an error report. I have the latest updates via Windows
Update.

I have searched for this bugcheck and have found no results.

Quote: " The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The
bugcheck was: 0x1000007e (0xc0000005, 0x804ece66,
0xfafaf708, 0xfafaf404). "

Quote: " Error code 1000007e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2
804ece66, parameter3 fafaf708, parameter4 fafaf404. "

Please can someone help me find out why my PC keeps on crashing, then tell
Bill Gates to fix this bug for me please.

You have hardware issues causing your problems...how can that be Bill Gates'
problem?
Your keyboard driver is faulting...Your email/usenet reader is
faulting...and you have a dodgy upgrade install of Windows XP that
grandfathered all the problems you had before the upgrade.

You need to do a clean install of Windows XP, followed by install of the
latest drivers fro your hardware.

B4 you do all that, do a Google search for "The computer has rebooted from a
bugcheck"
It may give you a couple of tips there - there's plenty of them.
