help no internet access

have a xp pro system all ok but only the main profile can access the
internet
my sons profiles dont let them all else is ok
anyone help me please?
 
On your sons profile.. try to use the internet connection
wizard. open internet explorer, choose tools at the top,
internet options on the dropdown, click the connections
tab, and choose to run the wizard.
