Help! New to XP!

Hi,

I need help. I can't open Outlook Express when my son
switches to his user account. There are 3 of us that have
accounts, and we're all computer administrators. So why
doesn't he have the same access as me????

Please clarify. Are you missing the OE icon, or you just can't get it to
open? What happens when you try to open OE? What message(s) do you get?
