Help Needed

I have unclicked all of the boxes within the start-up box i believed under
the tools menu. It now only opens to the Switchboard of my access program.
I use to know how to open it but have forgotten. Can any one help please.

Try holding down the Shift key while you're opening the database. Don't
release it until the database is open.
