I seem to have done somethng to my PC that has disabled the help options such
as my BT Broadband Help tool. When I try to re-install it I get the message

"Windows cannot find C:\DOCUMENTS\LOCAL\TEMP\pskill.exe

As part of the same problem I am also unable to use my internet via my
wireless router as the computer suddenly is unable to connect to it, yet I
can use the internet using a direct phone line.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you accidentally drag a directory beneath another directory and
programs can't find their files because you moved them? People do that.

Thanks for the reply

Seems I could be the type of person to do that. How do I undo the wrong I
have done?
