I know that to install a software admin account privelegdes are required.
but when in a normal users if application installer is being run or
autostart (setup.exe or install.exe) there is a RunAs prompt prompted
automatically. I need to restore that prompt.

Locate the setup.exe file on the media you are using and right click. The
pop up menu should show the Run As item.

I know that also that in context menu there is Run As command.

But anyways i now how to restore that prompt for non admin install
there some keys in registry that do it. In Apps Paths hive in HKLM.

RunAsOnNonAdminInstall = 1 on setup.exe , install.exe
and
in HKCU of General user account

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\DontSh
owMeThisDialogAgain]
"WarnOnNonAdminInstall"="yes"
