Help needed with Outlook 2003 Rule

R

Richard Eldridge

I want to create a rule that checks for a certain suffix in an email address
(e.g. all emails where sender's address ends with "@test.com"), then
extracts the sender's name and email address and stores these values in a
Contacts type folder.

I'm trying to build up a contact list for a company I deal with a lot so
that each time I get email from a new contact, their details are
automatically added to my list.

Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I don't think that a rule can add items you your Contacts folder that way.
However, you could use one of the ideas here:
