Help need urgent on HD jumpers

I have set my HD to preimary on both HD by mistake, reset to original
but it won't reboot now at all............
Ahhhhh

Have you tried removing the slave drive and just using the master drive so
as to ascertain the cable, jumpers & settings are correct for it before
installing the slave.
