Help! my toolbars in all documents folders is missing,

As per subject, even my File, View, Edit column is missing. I have almost all
ways but still cannot get it out.

I need help urgently on how to get the File, view, edit, favourite, tools,
help column.

Any kind souls online now, PLEASE HELP!
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW
