Help!!! "My Recent Documents Folder" not working at all...

I need help in a big way.. My system is running XP Professional SP2
up-to-date. I have two users created on this machine (Administrator and
"User" say Lou). I alway use the account "Lou." The "My Recent Documents"
folder is working in the Administrator account but not in the "Lou" Account.
I researched other fixes and applied them to no avail.. I check the "List my
Recent Documents Folder" in the "Start" button, check all values in the
Registry and all seem to be in good order. I think there is something wrong
with the registry however since the "Recent" Feature is not working at all
under the Lou account. One othe note, I moved "My Documents" do the logical
'D' Partition. Any suggestions??? This is a challenging one.. I appreciate
the help...

Also:
If the ClearRecentDocsOnExit policy is enabled, the Recent Documents on the
Start Menu may get cleared on each reboot. However, it stores the documents
that you've opened during the session. To prevent the document history from
being cleared on every restart, set the ClearRecentDocsOnExit registry value
to 0.

If you're using Windows XP Professional, you may also use the Group Policy
Editor and set the policy to Not Configured.
