HELP!! My game wont work :(

My directX is not working as it should! I have the newest
version but the 3D part is somewhat missing and my game
woint work without it.. I treid to overwrite all files on
directX and reinstalled the gam,e but its the same
thing.. How do i get the 3D thingy? HELP
 
Does your graphics card support 3D? You might update the drivers for the
card, Maria, from the manufacturer's web site.
