new to computer
over the last few days is has appeared on my pc

c:\progra~1\newdot~1\newdot~2dll
can someone tell what it is and how can i fix it

It's spyware, get adaware from lavasoft.de it can be a major bugger to remove.
also do a search on yahoo or google lots of places give instructions on how
to remove, next get a better firewall than windows, turn windows firewall off
and disable it. get zonealarm free, lots better software and spyware blaster
and spybot search and destroy enable the tea timer, to protect your registry.
