i am the computer administrator and by accident i forgot
my password, i am unable to acsess my own account and
cannot reach my files please help me
 
If you restart the computer in safe mode there should be
another administrator account there and if you go into
that and change your password that way.To restart your
computer in safe mode restart and press the F8 button
before windows starts to load.
