help me this took over my home page

ok this took over my web page
res://C:\WINDOWS\ubzmp.dll/index.html#27758

i tryed to remove it and put yahoo.com as my home page and
i click apply and it says yahoo is there but when i try to
open another web page that comes up and it has also put
things in my favs

if anyone can help me please i would thank you alot

i dont know if this was very smart but i also ran the
uninstall from that web page that took over my home page
so know what do i do to see if my computer is still a safe
place to use importin info
