HELP ME - system restore

doesanyone know how i can use system restore to factory settings, or another
way to return my laptop to default settings
PLEASE HELP
 
Did your PC ship with a set of recovery CDs, or did the manufacturer include
a special recovery partition in your computer? Those are the only two ways
available to restore your computer to the way it was when it left the
factory. The computer manufacturer can show you how to use them.
