HELP ME PLZL!!

I'm running windows xp home edition.
I am using the windows xp start menu.
when i click all programs.. my programs are everywhere
and i want to sort them.
how would i do so?
 
Right click on the menu ..... you get a small menu and then choose "sort
by name"

Click Start, All Programs, then right click on any item in the list. Select
Sort by name. If you need more organization, right click the Start button
and select Explore and/or Explore All Users. You can re-arrange folders and
shortcuts there.
