Hi everyone

Sorry, but my english is no as well as i want, but I have
a problem in a windows terminal server, and I need someone
help me.

Well, I have a domain controler in windows 2000, and an
windows2000 server with terminal server conected to this
domain.

My problem is when i try to print a WORD97 document from a
client; this document is put on a folder of the domain
controler, and when i go to print it, the document appear
in the print but, is disapear and no else print in the
printer. If a do the same, but which a EXCEL document, in
the same folder, it print correcty.

If I put this word document toa folder of de terminal
server computer, it print correcty.

Someone know why can this occurs?

Which ServicePack do you run on the Terminal Server? Check if this
post-SP3 hotfix can solve your problem. Either install SP4 or
phone Microsoft Support and ask for the hotfix (hotfixes are free
of charge).
