That didn't work. I am unable to use the search text box in Help &
Support, or use any other text box. Other problems I am having is when
clicking on the Help & Support, Run, and Search icons in the Start
Menu I get a add shortcut link. I tried to do a virus scan but my
Norton Antivirus wouldn't start.
