help me create a directory for my own microsoft office 'assistanc.

this request may be a mute point, but there is so much information including
formates, templates, clips, symbols, options, shortcuts from all different
programs saved in my computer, not to mention the vast universe of on line
applications that i would like to use and save for a latter date.
