help me about security policy problem

In debug privilege,at local policy settings.My local
policy setting is checked but effected policy setting is
not checked,how is could happen?From others system the
local policy settings are always same as the effected
policy.

that is usually just because the policy has not yet been refreshed. A reboot
should fix it ;-). If running under XP, you may want to try ti run
"gpupdate".
